Training Coursework
Almost 74 hours of total training coursework is required to become a licensed agent. A broker license will further require additional 60 hours of coursework and 3 years of practical experience.

License Validation
Validation for both agent and broker license is for 4 years. Once the validation period is over, renewal of the licenses is mandatory for continuing with the service.
